We look for people who are passionate about cyber security and don’t want to stop learning. Meet a few of our team:
As a member of the Assurance team, I perform web application tests, external infrastructure tests, and build reviews. I enjoy developing detailed proof-of-concepts that really demonstrates to a client the potential impact of a vulnerability, or chain of vulnerabilities. Context is full of many talented people, and to be surrounded by technical experts is really helpful when you need advice, and also motivates me to develop my own skills further.
After interning twice at Context during my time at University, there was only one company I was going to rejoin at the end of my studies. With years of experience and knowledge within the team, the working environment pushes you to improve yourself and adapt to the unique and challenging tasks encountered. Context is without a doubt the place to be if you’re ambitious about your career in security.
As a member of the Commercial Team in London, my role involves working with clients and internally to deliver a range of Context’s services. Since joining I’ve had a lot of exposure to different departments within the business; a lot of training and knowledge development; and even the opportunity to work in our German office. As well as that I really enjoy the friendly working environment and social aspects to Context, which has enabled me to build better relationships across the business.
Context has been a great place to grow and develop my technical skills, from first joining as an intern to working my way up through the Assurance team. Our work with world-leading businesses has allowed me to gain skills in cutting-edge and unusual technologies, as well as learn from some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry.
Working in Context's Research team is an experience like no other. No two days are the same, and I love the challenge associated with having to quickly wrap my head around the internals of each of the various systems and outlandish-looking devices that land on my desk. It's as inspiring as it is humbling to be working alongside some of the industry's most well-respected technical experts on projects that require a good deal of creative thought and problem-solving, and there's really no better feeling than successfully convincing a proof-of-concept to work for the first time. The fruit smoothies that periodically appear in our kitchen are a nice perk, too!
Since joining Context, I have had opportunities and experiences that haven’t matched any other job I’ve ever had. Working alongside our team has exposed me to a huge range of technical capabilities, as well as the chance to work across a large number of different industries. From working on a small mobile application at the start of the week to preparing for a large global red team for the following week, no experience is boring.
I have been working with Context for over seven years from a graduate role in Sales to an Account Director. This work experience has enabled me to grow a network of Cyber security professionals as well as core sales skills to support clients and internal Context teams. Currently as an Account Director, I am responsible for supporting strategic partnerships with our clients and ensure their cyber security requirements are constantly met with the forever changing threat landscape. I enjoy learning from the technical geniuses at Context and supporting a creative Sales team.
