The Role

Context Information Security Ltd, a firm providing high-end cyber security consulting services to major global organisations, is seeking a Head of Business Operations to manage and co-ordinate all back office functions within this 250+ person organisation, situated across eleven worldwide offices.

The Head of Business Operations will be responsible for overseeing the management of all Support Service functions within the business, including the organisation’s HR, IT, Software Development, Marketing, Internal Communications and Business Support services.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position's primary responsibility is ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for the Support Services division within Context’s business. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies and practices.

Location and Travel

The role is based at one of our offices (London, Cheltenham, Basingstoke, Cambridge) but will require travel to client sites when needed.

Salary and package
