Receptionist (Cheltenham)

Full-time, Cheltenham

Context is currently looking for a Receptionist to join our Cheltenham based Operations team. The Cheltenham office is currently undergoing refurbishment and a large part of this role will be to provide facilities support to the Property Coordinator (based in London) for both our Cheltenham and Gloucester offices.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

·      be the initial point of contact for all visitors to our Cheltenham office. The individual should be friendly, sociable and courteous;
·      be able to deliver a professional service along with a polite manner;
·      multi-task and prioritise duties along with working well in a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting visitors at front of house in Cheltenham (Once the office refurbishment is complete)
  • Answering the telephone/door, greeting internal and external guests
  • Filtering sales inbound enquires and directing where appropriate
  • Managing office facilities requirements, including meeting room management, calendars and refreshments
  • Support with daily office duties including milk and fruit deliveries, stationery / DSE requests and refreshment order
  • Assisting with any urgent facilities requests and attending to the coffee machine
  • Organise business cards orders
  • Collecting and distributing post/deliveries
  • Assist with travel arrangements for office visits, conferences and external meetings where necessary. (Inc. flights and hotels.)
  • Ad hoc administrative support to the wider  General Operations team as required
  • Assisting with local social committee event management
  • Occasional travel to the Gloucester office may be required
