Context opens new office in Cambridge, UK
We are pleased to announce Context has now officially opened its new offices at Officers' Mess Business Centre in Cambridge. The team in Cambridge will be working closely with our London, Cheltenham and Basingstoke offices in delivering the full breadth of Context’s services, including penetration testing, build reviews, Red Teaming and investigating security breaches. In addition it will allow us to work closely with some of our current clients and also provide a wider base for our consultants to work from.
The new Cambridge base will allow Context to help local companies avoid potential cyber security attacks and respond rapidly to limit the damage caused by successful breaches. Its range of services include penetration testing and red teaming, where highly-skilled cyber security consultants attempt to break through a company’s IT security defences.
“Cambridge is a hotbed of business, technology and innovation that continues to expand and attract world-leading companies,” said Owen Wright, Director of Assurance at Context. “The nature of this innovation means there is a host of Intellectual Property, as well as sensitive and personal data, that presents an attractive target for cyber criminals from the UK and beyond. This presents its own set of security challenges and by establishing a physical presence in Cambridge, we hope to help businesses in the area to protect their valuable assets.”
Established in 1998, Context is certified by NCSC– part of GCHQ – and the government Centre for the Protection of National Infrastructure and is accredited by CREST, the not-for-profit industry body that sets the highest levels of standards, knowledge and skills in cyber security.
